Nothing better than an easy read.
First off, I chose to give this book a try because I have been wanting to get my energy, sleep, and hormones back in check after having kids. It has been a roller coaster to say the least, and I have tried out many different things from supplements, exercise, and diets. After reading that had a lot of great factors that could possibly help me out, I decided to give it a read. I am not one sit down and take a lot of time to read a book if it isn’t an easy read. I mean, hello parenthood. This book was not only easy to read, but full of a lot of insight to the scientific background of how this diet actually works.
