How exactly is this recipe immune boosting?
Okay, I know a lot of you are probably wondering how in the world is this simple immune boosting jello actually immune boosting. Let me share the ingredients with you really quick! The ingredient list is really long though, like 2 ingredients long 😉 The main ingredient, Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Immune juice, is an immunity powerhouse with organic orange juice, elderberry, 300% of your RDA for Vitamin C, 50% Vitamin D and 25% Zinc for immune and wellness support. Now, if you want to make it even more fun, then you can always use the fun cookie cutters to cut the jello into shapes. This is just for fun. You can also just cut it into squares.

Simple 2 Ingredient Immune Boosting Jello
Looking for a fun a simple way to boost your kids' immune system this back to school time of year? Well, this Simple 2 ingredient immune boosing jello is the recipe for you!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Immune juice
- 2 packets of Gelatin (7oz each)
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of the juice into a medium sized bowl.
- Add the packets of gelatin
- Bring the other 1 cup of juice to a boil, then add to the bowl.
- Whisk until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour into a plastic wrap lined or lightly greased 8x8 baking dish and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until set.
- Either cut the set jello into squares or use cookie cutters to cut the jello into fun shapes!
- Store the remaining jello in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy!
