We finally made it to the month of February, and officially a few days away from Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day can still be fun after having kids, even more fun since you can celebrate it with them! Here are 4 different Valentine’s Day outfit looks that will be perfect for any occasion you plan to attend.
Lookbook Style #1: cute and casual with blue jean shorts.
If you plan to be running the roads on Valentine’s Day, you may want to opt for the more comfy outfit. Now this look may be difficult to accomplish for those who are living outside the warmth of the south. You can change out the blue jean shorts for a good pair of jeans instead! Another note: this enter outfit is from Target. YES! The shoes as well!
Not just a casual outfit.
I love it when I can take a casual outfit and make it a tad bit dressier. This is so easy to do when you have great accessories. For this look, I added a pair of black stiletto heels. It took it from comfy and cute to cute and sexy. There is just something about a good pair of black heels.
OTK boots and paperbag shorts for the win.
I can’t tell you how long I have been obsessed with OTK boots. When I finally found a pair that would work for my leg shape, I was more than excited. I wish the weather around Louisiana stayed mild all year round so I could constantly wear them! For this outfit, I paired them with a black pair of paperbag shorts and a pink mock turtleneck. I found the top at Target in the clearance section for only $4.80! Yep! It is so comfy and fits perfect. My shorts are also from Target. I obviously love me some Target 😉 If you can’t find the mock turtleneck at your local Target, I found one similar at Shein!
Last outfit is comfy spin on a dressy look.
I love the look of slip skirts and maxi skirts with a simple tee and sneakers. It is such a fun spin on a normally dressier look. For this reason, I had to incorporate it into my Valentine’s Day outfit lookbook! I grabbed this exact skirt from Target (ANewDay Brand) along with the white tee. Oh, and the platform white sneakers are also a Target find. You will only be able to find the skirt in plus sizes if looking online or the Target app. I did find a slip satin skirt similar to this one from J.Crew, on sale!
Now head to your local Target to grab most of what you need for your Valentine’s Day outfit! Oh and check out one of my blogger friend’s tutorials on how to get that loose waves hair look for Valentine’s Day!
