– 1 cup of butter, softened
– 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup of Crofter's Seedless Raspberry Spread
– 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Simply mix together the dry ingredients and then press half of it into a greased baking dish then top with the raspberry spread and finally, the rest of the crumbles. Bake and enjoy!
