No better time than now with the end of the school year practically here to celebrate with some cake balls, Oreo Cake balls made with Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix and Frosting.

– 1 box of Pillsbury Funfetti Oreo Cake Mix – 3 Egg Whites – 1 cup of Water – 1/2 cup of Oil – 1 container of Pillsbury Funfetti Vanilla Oreo Frosting – 6-8 squares White Candy Coating – *Extra Oreos for topping

Ingredients:

Bake cake according to package

STEP ONE

After cake completely cools, break it up with a spatula.

STEP TWO

Then add the entire container of vanilla frosting and mix well.

STEP THREE

Form the cake balls in about 1-2 inch size and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Transfer to the fridge or freezer for at least 20 minutes so they can set before the next step.

STEP FOUR

Melt the white candy coating according to the package, and dip each cake ball into it.

STEP FIVE

Place it back on the parchment paper and add the crushed Oreo topping that came with the frosting container. You can also add your own crushed Oreo pieces.

STEP SIX

Allow to fully set, about 10-15 minutes.
