– 1 1/2 lbs hand pulled rotisserie chicken – 1 lb fusilloni pasta – 1/4 cup reserved pasta water – 5 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese – 2 cups mozarella farm style thick shredded cheese – 6.5 oz Rustic Basil Pesto – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp pepper

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 375 and cook fusilloni according to package

STEP ONE

 Add the rotisserie chicken to a large bowl with seasoning and toss

STEP TWO

Add the basil pesto and mix, then add the parmesan cheese, the mozzarella cheese and gently mix

STEP THREE

Gently toss in the cooked fusilloni and the pasta water and dump everything into a pre-greased casserole dish and top with the mozarella shredded cheese.

STEP FOUR

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes and then remove from the oven, uncover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
