– 2 red apples – 1 cup of raspberries – 1 orange pepper – 1 cup of cheese slices – 1 yellow pepper – 2-3 kiwis – 1 cup of blackberries – 12-14 butter crackers

Ingredients:

Prewash all the fruit

 Decore the apple and cut the apple into thin slices

STEP TWO

Next cut the top off the peppers; remove the core and discard; cut the rest of the peppers into thin slices.

Peel and thinly slice a navel orange

STEP FOUR

Peel and thinly slice 2-3 kiwis

STEP FIVE

Now prep the board! Starting with one end of the rainbow and working your way to the other, arrange all the food on the board. I ended our 'rainbow' with the crackers.
