Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Mixture – 1 40oz can Bruce's Yams drained – 1 15oz can Libby's Pumpkin Puree – 1 12oz can Evaporated Milk – 1 4oz can sweeteend, condensed milk – 2-3 cups mini marshmallows – 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice – 2 eggs beatened

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust – 2 cups grounded graham cracker crumbs – 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Ingredients:

Combine the melted butter and graham crackers and spread on the bottom of a large baking dish. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

STEP ONE

Mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl and then add the remaining ingredients.

STEP TWO

Add the mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and top with mini marshmallows. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
