– 2 pounds of beef cube steaks, tenderized – 1 egg – 1 cup of milk – 2 cups of flour – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 tablespoon of a cajun seasoning

Ingredients:

Prep the beef cubed steaks by cutting them into 2" strips and set aside.

STEP ONE

Prepare the flour mixture. To make it easier, mix the flour and all the spices in a gallon ziploc bag.

STEP TWO

Prepare the egg and milk mixture in a medium-sized bowl.

STEP THREE

Dredge the beef cubed steak strips in the flour mixture.

STEP FOUR

Then submerge them into the egg/milk mixture before dredging them into the flour mixture again.
