– 1 lb roll of ground breakfast sausage – 8 eggs – 1 can of 5 biscuits – 1 cup of sharp shredded cheese – 1 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp hot sauce

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 400.

Step #1:

Add your eggs to a medium mixing bowl and add the black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce

Step #2:

Whisk the eggs with all the added seasonings and set aside.

Step #3:

Brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it up as you cook it.

Step #4:

Remove the cooked breakfast sausage from heat once cooked, and allow it to cool some on a paper towel lined plate or bowl to remove any excess grease.

Step #5:

Prep a 7"x10" casserole dish by spraying it with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step #6:

Pour the eggs into the casserole dish first, then add the sausage. Make sure the sausage is evenly distributed in the eggs.

Step #7:

Top with the shredded cheese.

Lastly, cut the biscuits into quarters. If you are using a thicker biscuit, I recommend cutting them in half. Then into quarters. This will make sure that the biscuits will cook all the way through.

Step #9:

Evenly distribute the cut biscuit dough pieces on top of the casserole.

Step #10:

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked (set) and the biscuits are browned.
