– 4 lemons, halved – 1/2 cup olive oil – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese – 2 bags of butter lettuce – 1 handful of cherry tomatoes – 2 cups of croutons – sliced cucumber

Ingredients:

Juice the lemons. They should provide 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Add it to a mason jar.

STEP ONE

Next, add the olive oil, vegetable oil, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, and salt/pepper. Shake the mason jar to combine.
