Sushi bakes are a great way to feed your sushi craving at home! Here is a yummy shrimp and crab sushi bake recipe that is ready in minutes and perfect for weeknights!

– 2 cups uncooked sushi rice (short grain or medium grain rice) – 1/4 cup rice vinegar – 8 oz imitation crab or crab – 1 lb boiled shrimp, peeled and de-headed (~24 shrimp) – 4 oz cream cheese, softened at room temp – 1/4 cup Korean sauce – 9 Seaweed Sheets – Drizzle of Sriracha Sauce – Drizzle of Yum Yum Sauce – Optional: 1/4 cup of diced green onions

Ingredients:

Cook the sushi rice as per the package and let cook enough to touch. Add the rice vinegar.

STEP ONE

Preheat oven to 375 and press the sushi rice into a 9x13" baking dish

STEP TWO

Top the rice with seaweed strips.

STEP THREE

Add the crab, the softened cream cheese and the Korean sauce to a medium bowl. Combine.

STEP FOUR

Top the seaweed with the crab mixture.

STEP FIVE

Then top the crab mix with the shrimp and drizzle the sauce on top.

STEP SIX

Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy.

STEP SEVEN

Remove from the oven and serve topped with diced green onion.
