Cheesecake – 1 double crust pie crusts I used Pilsbury – 2 8oz cream cheese, softened – 1 8oz sour cream – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients:

Apple Pie Filling – 6 granny smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced – 2 tbsp all-purpose flour – 2 tsp lemon juice – 2 tsp ground cinnamon – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 6 tbsp butter, unsalted

Ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 300. Line a springform pan with a pie crust, pressing it around the sides of the pan and set aside.

STEP ONE

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract and sugar to a medium bowl. Beat until creamy.

STEP TWO

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust lined springform pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 mintues.

STEP THREE

Peel and thinly slice the apples, then toss in the lemon juice.

STEP FOUR

In a medium microwave safe bowl, mix the flour, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Pour the flour-sugar mixture over the apple slices and toss.

STEP FIVE

Scatter the 6 tablespoons of butter on the top of the apple mixture. Place in the microwave for 45 second increments. Stir after each increment.
