– 1 roll of puff pastry dough
– 2 cup of pecan pieces
– 1 egg
– 1 (14 oz) can of condensed milk, sweetened
– 1 cup of light Karo Syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp of salt
Mix the pecan pie filling: egg, condensed milk, Karo Syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Once these have been mixed well, fold in the pecan pieces and set aside.
Pierce each round several times using a fork. Then place each puff pastry round into a muffin cup and press down to make sure there is no air between the puff pastry and the muffin cup.
