- 1 can of crescent rolls - 1 round of Brie – 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves – 1 small twig of rosemary

Ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 375 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

STEP ONE

Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange them in a star, overlapping in the center. Press down the seams to seal.

STEP TWO

Take the brie and shave off the top layer. Then place in the center of the crescent roll star.

STEP THREE

Top the brie with the raspberry preserves.

STEP FOUR

Starting at one end, wrap the crescent rolls over the brie, sealing it inside. Add the rosemary to the center.

STEP FIVE

 Bake the wrapped brie for 20 minutes, when the top is slightly brown.

STEP SIX

Serve with crackers, fruit, or eat alone with the crescent rolls.
