– 8 oz Velvetta Cheese, cubed – 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed – 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed – 12 oz Pork Chorizo – 28 oz can of Rotel, with liquid

Ingredients:

Prep all the cheeses, cutting them in cubes.

STEP ONE

Cook the pork chorizo in a deep cast iron skillet.

STEP TWO

Next, add the can of Rotel and the cheeses.

STEP THREE

Heat over medium heat until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to make sure the cheese doesn't burn.
