– 1 1/2 cups flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp pumpkin spice – 1 1/2 cups sugar (another 1/4 cup for filling) – 1 can of pumpkin – 2 eggs (plus 1 egg for filling) – 1 tsp vanilla – 1/2 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup sour cream – 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350. and spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.

STEP ONE

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the wet ingredients aside from the pumpkin and stir. Then add in the pumpkin.

STEP TWO

Combine cream cheese filling ingredients in a medium bowl.

STEP THREE

Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan followed by the cream cheese filling. Top that with the rest of the batter.

STEP FOUR

 Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Enjoy!
