Hey y’all! My name is Clair Cook, and I am a mom of 3! Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I ran cross country in high school and college. Weight lifting and cardio have always been a part of my fitness routine.
Well, up until I got introduced to barre after I had my 2nd child. Then I was hooked! I had never gotten that kind of burn with small movements before…and here we are now! After teaching barre in Baton Rouge, I have decided it was best to move things to Watson.
I can’t wait to share my love of barre, strength, and overall wellness with all of you! Stay tuned… I will soon be adding Certified Nutrition Coach behind my name 😉
