These mini sugar cookie fruit pizzas are not only easy to do, but are more than delicious.
Independence Day.
We will always celebrate the 4th of July, no matter if it is just with our little family. The 4th of July represents so much for our country, and I couldn’t be more thankful for living in a place where freedom rings. As I mentioned above, fruit always makes its way on our 4th of July menu. These mini sugar cookie fruit pizzas are such a great way to incorporate fruit into the celebration. The cream cheese frosting is so good when paired with the fruit.
You can also be creative with these! We always go with blueberries, strawberries and kiwi. This doesn’t have to be the case for you. Mix it up if you want. I am also going to mention how you can create this fruit pizza on a larger scale. If you don’t want to go with the mini fruit pizzas, you can purchase a roll of sugar cookie dough instead. Roll it out like you would a pizza crust and bake the same way!
