Hey y’all! Bringing y’all style inspo on a budget, easy & family friendly recipes, and most of all-what the Lord places on my heart! ✨

#sponsored If you’re looking for a sweet gluten- #sponsored If you’re looking for a sweet gluten-free sourdough bread recipe, y’all this one is it! Not only that, but this @greatergoods High Capacity Food Scale is also it! It doubles the typical kitchen scale’s capacity, holding up to 22lbs of weight. It is perfect for meal prepping and measuring large items. Another thing it’s great for is sourdough bread. It has an ultra accurate single sensor weighing platform making it easier to accurately weigh out all those ingredients when making the sourdough bread. I love the tare option, zeroing out objects between all the different ingredients. Head over to Greater Goods for this High Capacity Food Scale!

GF White Chocolate & Raspberry Sourdough Bread 259g GF Sourdough Starter
412g Luke warm water
390g GF Bread flour
12g sugar
10g salt
99g white chocolate chips
18g freeze dried raspberries

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, dough will be sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, work your way around the bowl- stretching the outside on top of the middle. You may need to dust a little gf flour on hands and dough. Re-cover and set aside for 2 1/2- 4 hours until it doubles in size. Once doubled, dump dough out onto a gf floured surface. Stretch out into a rectangular shape and sprinkle the white chocolates and raspberries on top. Using the parchment paper to help, fold one short side of the dough into the middle then the other side. Then roll it up longways, working it into a ball with seams down. Place into banneton or another dish and cover. Place in refrigerator for about 16-18 hours, allow to double in size again. Preheat oven to 500, then place sourdough onto parchment paper and into a baking vessel, preferably a Dutch oven. Using a sharp knife or scoring tool, cut a crescent shape into one side. Cover and place in oven. Immediately lower oven temp to 425 and continue to bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes. Allow to fully cool for 1 hour before cutting into bread! #shopgreatergoods
