Walmart meal planning.
Have you been trying to figure out how to better keep up with those meals during the busy week? Lately, I have been trying to figure out how to keep things in order. This is even more true now that my older kids are attending school 5 days a week. Thanks to Walmart, meal planning is both easy and can fit your lifestyle.
Grocery haul to fit your lifestyle.
Some of you may be wondering what could I be talking about when I say meal planning to fit your lifestyle. For our family, no one is on a specific required diet or has a dietary restriction. We are however, trying to incorporate more meal options. Did you know that ? The one-stop-shop also includes frozen foods to cover your specific dietary needs. Check out the Walmart meal planning grocery haul for our weekly meal menu!
Marie Callender’s-always a win.
I have been a huge fan of Marie Callender’s products for as along as I can remember. They have made me an even bigger fan with their new Plant-Based Chick’n Pot Pie, made With Gardein Plant-Based Chick’n. The golden, flaky, made-from-scratch crust envelops seasoned Gardein Plant-Based Chick’n, carrots, celery and peas for a meat-free spin on a classic. The plant based chicken is absolutely delicious and perfect for any one on a vegetarian diet, or wanting to add more ‘veggies’ to their diet.
Amy’s Kitchen Veggie Crust Pizza and Amy’s Mac & 3 Cheese with Cauliflower
You know what is another family favorite for dinner time? Amy’s Kitchen Veggie Crust Pizza and Mac and 3 Cheese with Cauliflower. These aren’t just any ordinary pizza and mac and cheese though. Amy’s Kitchen Cheese Pizza with a Veggie Crust is not only a win when it comes to pizza time, but it is also a great gluten free option! We are trying to incorporate less gluten in our family’s diet, and this pizza is the perfect swap out! Comfort food made easy for those busy weeks.
What about that mac and cheese? Amy’s Kitchen Mac and 3 Cheese is not just any mac and cheese. The noodles are actually gluten free rice pasta and then there is the added tender organic cauliflower, making it another gluten free option for mealtime!
Good Food Made Simple: simple and delicious.
I am all for meals that don’t have all the added unnecessary ingredients, or even ingredients that I have never heard of. I love that Good Food Made Simple keeps the ingredients simple, nutritious and delicious.
Which Good Food Made Simple entrée made this week’s menu? It is the Cauliflower Kung Pao. It brings not only the taste factor, but also is gluten free! The Cinnamon French Toast is also the perfect addition to a busy morning breakfast!
Desserts can also be SO Delicious.
You are not going to believe me when I tell you that I make sure to have desserts on the weekly menu, even while keeping our nutrition in check. Why am I all about desserts for the family? This because there are brands like So Delicious that are dairy free and bring smiles to everyone, particularly their Dipped Frozen Dessert bars. We are always looking for dessert time over here with SO Delicious in stock!
Weekly menu’s can be nutritious, planned, and kept in the freezer.
Meal planning does not have to be overwhelming or lacking in the ability of keeping your lifestyle in check. With Walmart meal planning, you can have these meals in your freezer from cart in no time! I won’t lie, I LOVE Walmart. There’s one walking distance from my house and they’re my go-to for meal planning. Especially, since they’ve stepped up their gluten-free and organic selection.

Yum, that cauliflower kung pao looks amazing. I’m a huge cauliflower fan and have never added asian spices to it. Gotta try that. I’m definitively a fan of the soy desserts. I need to check out more of the healthy food options at Walmart. Thanks for sharing.
