Shorts are a hot commodity for this southern momma. It is practically impossible to enjoy yourself outdoors during the summer months if you are fully dressed and not in a pool. Then again, it can be a struggle to find shorts that I truly love. A lot of them are either too short or just don’t fit right. I am loving these high waist cut off denim shorts in white for Loft. It is super cute paired with this flutter sleeve tee!

Even thought the days can be really hot in Louisiana, the nights can present themselves with a cool breeze. This is where this styled outfit comes into play. The linen v-neck tank is light and pairs perfectly with these pull on palazzo pants. Might I add, this entire outfit is more than comfortable!
A dress made for the summer, smocked and midi.
Ok, lets talk about dresses. I know some of us aren’t keen on dresses, but I am here for them. They are super easy to throw on. Perfect for when we need to get somewhere and we are also trying to round up kids. This floral smocked strappy midi dress fits so comfortably and the print is perfect. Pair it with a denim jacket for when it gets cooler.
To be dressy or not to be dressy, that is the question.
Isn’t it great when you have an outfit that can be both dressy and non-dressy? I am all about these outfits, and this dress from Loft Clothing Store gives you both of these options. When I tell you it is comfy, it really is comfy. There is no stiffness about this top. Love it paired with these high waist white denim cut off shorts!
