A lovely morning with Valentine’s Breakfast Waffle Sandwich.
I know most of y’all are probably like me when it comes to breakfast food. I could eat breakfast food all day long. It is so good! It was no wonder that I was going to work on a recipe that would bring my love of breakfast to one that could be eaten any time of day: Valentine’s Breakfast Waffle Sandwich.

Waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage.
This family is all about 4 things when it comes to breakfast: waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Our breakfast normally consists of at least 3 of these 4 things every time. After picking up this oh so cute Dash Mini Waffle Maker from Target, I knew that I had to make something with waffles and this Dash Mini Waffle Maker. What could I possibly make that would not only be easy, but fun! This is where these Valentine’s Breakfast Waffle Sandwich came into play.

Valentine's Breakfast Waffle Sandwich

A great spin on a themed breakfast menu: Valentine's Breakfast Waffle Sandwich. It takes all those loved breakfast menu items and combines them into one delicious breakfast sandwich!
Ingredients
- Waffle Mix and Ingredients according to packaging
- 1/4 cup of pink sprinkles
- Dash Waffle Maker
- 6 eggs, cooked to desired consistency
- ~8 pieces of bacon, halved and cooked
- 6 slices of colby jack cheese
- 6 pieces of lettuce
- *any additional items you would like on your sandwich!
Instructions
- Prepare the waffle mix according to the packaging, then add 1/4 cup of pink sprinkles. Stir batter well.
- Preheat the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. Once the light goes off, you can start with your first waffle.
- Add about 1/4 cup of the waffle batter to the heated waffle maker; close top and cook until the light turns back off.
- Continue steps 2-3 until you are done with all the waffle batter.
- Cook the eggs and bacon.
- Assembly the Valentine's Breakfast Waffle Sandwich!
