Always Eat After 7PM Review (2)

Why I Loved “Always Eat After 7PM” Diet and You Will Too

June 16, 2020 · In: Lifestyle, Momlife

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, β€œAlways Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

I cannot believe a month has passed since I first put my eyes on Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacksβ€”While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. So much has changed in not only my view of eating, but also my overall well being. How did this book change me for the better?

I am not one to follow a diet consistently.

Let’s be honest. I am not one to follow any type of diet consistently. I am a mother and trying to fit any new plan or diet into my life can be such a hassle. This is one of the reason why I was intrigued by Always Eat After 7PM. Check out my first blog post in this series to learn more about my why Gaining Control Over My Life by β€˜Always Eat After 7PM’.

I normally get on a diet to better my overall health, and then life happens. These past diets have never given me long term health benefits where I am feeling better while also maintaining a lifestyle that feels some what normal. I am thankful for Always Eat After 7PM for changing this for me.

β€œFact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

So, will I keep this diet up now that I finished 1 month?

A lot of you may be wondering if I plan to keep this diet going now that I have completed 1 entire month. The answer to this question is YES. The plan and recipes for Always Eat After 7PM is too easy and good to not continue. I feel better about myself and well, the food is delicious. Why would I want to give up on these things? The last phase of the diet is the Lifestyle Phase, meaning it is not a rigorous plan. It is easy to follow and keep up with, even as a parent!

Always Eat After 7PM Diet Results

Don’t wait to start eating after 7PM.

Take it from this mother of 3, you don’t need to wait any long to feel better about your health and be able to eat whenever you want. With busy schedules and finding the right time and right recipe to eat, Always Eat After 7PM will make things a lot easier for you! I am on My Fitness Pal so I count calories. I only eat about 1200 calories a day which is hard! I have been doing it like 2 months – I have lost but I need some more variety with my food. I dont limit my eating time though – I like to eat dinner late

What do you do with these 3 things : @appalachian_ What do you do with these 3 things : @appalachian_cast_iron , LSU Football, and 1st tailgate of the season? You make a great recipe perfect for tailgating of course! This Handmade Carbon Steel Skillet from Appalachian Cast Iron is not only much easier to cook with compared to cast iron, each skillet is truly unique! The hammered texture is unique for each skillet, but the handle is even hand made and practical. With the precision grind of the cook surface, there is enough β€œtooth” for the seasoning to adhere - no worries of that seasoning flaking off like some carbon steel skillets. Also, you can personalize the bottom of the skillet!

-1 1/2 cups sliced bella mushrooms
-1 tbsp minced garlic
