Time to get ahead with organizing your pantry.
With the end of school practically here, I am trying to get ahead of organizing our new home. I know once all the kids are home for the summer, it is going to be more difficult to keep things in order around here. Having things in their right place and organized makes me feel better, seriously. The kitchen pantry is normally the first to go haywire once the kids are home full time, so I know that is one of the first places I should start. Organizing your pantry can be easy and affordable!
Easy peasy but takes effort.
Organizing your pantry is not difficult. Quite honestly, it is easy. The only thing is you have to take the time and effort to organize it if you have never done so before. I start with throwing out things that have been hanging out in the pantry for a while and never been touched as well as expired items. Then I move on to organizing everything according to category. For me, this is baking goods, pasta goods, taco Tuesday goods, etc.
From there, you can start organizing it all with wire baskets and other clear containers.
Favorite affordable organization products.
If you all know me, then you would know that I am all about what is easy. I would rather opt for drive up pickup than going into the store these days. This is even more true when I have kids in tow. So when I went looking for organizing containers for my pantry, I started with Target. Hello drive up pickup 😉 You know what? These Target organization finds are absolutely amazing! I have added more of the white wire bins to my collection after we moved into our new home.
Other great organization finds for the rest of kitchen: this gold wire utensil holder and this plastic drawer utensil organizer. You can easily add these to cart and grab them on your way home. You could always use it as an excuse to go into Target if you are looking for that!
