Beef Cutlet will always be a family favorite.
Have you ever had chicken fried steak? It is a southern favorite down here, especially when you add a side of mashed potatoes and white gravy. If you haven’t had a chance to enjoy chicken fried steak, you are missing out. More so if you miss out on this beef cutlet recipe.
Family approved is a win in my book.
It is a huge win when I find a recipe that the entire family will eat and enjoy. Those with kids know exactly what I am talking about. This beef cutlet recipe is not only easy, but more than delicious. It is basically a chicken fried steak cut into strips. The strips make it perfect for dipping.
My toddler loves the ability to pick these strips up, and dip them into whatever dip she has picked that night for dinner. From ketchup to A1 sauce, dips are normally a kid’s best friend. We are always for some mom wins around this house!
Another thing I love about this recipe is that you can change up the flour mixture to make it spicier if you want! Plus, change out the sides and dipping sauce to give it a different spin each time you put this beef cutlet recipe on the menu.
Prep it ahead of time.
Another great thing about this delicious beef cutlet recipe is that you can prep it ahead of time. You can go ahead and cut the beef cubed steaks into strips and place into a ziploc bag for later that night or the next day. I even mix up my flour mixture for dredging a head of time in another ziploc bag!
