I am not one to follow a diet consistently.
Let’s be honest. I am not one to follow any type of diet consistently. I am a mother and trying to fit any new plan or diet into my life can be such a hassle. I normally get on a diet to better my overall health, and then life happens. These past diets have never given me long term health benefits where I am feeling better while also maintaining a lifestyle that feels some what normal. I am thankful for Always Eat After 7PM for changing this for me.

A lot of you may be wondering if I plan to keep this diet going now that I have completed 1 entire month. The answer to this question is YES. The plan and recipes for Always Eat After 7PM is too easy and good to not continue. I feel better about myself and well, the food is delicious. Why would I want to give up on these things? The last phase of the diet is the Lifestyle Phase, meaning it is not a rigorous plan. It is easy to follow and keep up with, even as a parent!

I am on My Fitness Pal so I count calories. I only eat about 1200 calories a day which is hard! I have been doing it like 2 months – I have lost but I need some more variety with my food. I dont limit my eating time though – I like to eat dinner late
